1063.01 DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter:
   (a)   “Board” means the Board of Education for the public schools of the City of Bexley.
   (b)   “Buildings, equipment and grounds”, individually or collectively, means any property owned, controlled, governed or managed by the Board.
