No person shall, either by word or act, indulge in any noisy, boisterous, disorderly or indecent conduct, or in any manner disturb the peace or good order of the people within a park, or use threatening, abusive, insulting or indecent language. No person shall enter a rest room set apart for the opposite sex. No person shall remain within a park who does not abide by the rules and regulations adopted by the Recreation Board or the City. Any person violating the rules and regulations who is directed to leave a park shall do so promptly and peaceably.
