1044.22 TAP-INS FOR DRAINING GROUND, SURFACE AND ROOF WATER AND CISTERN OVERFLOW PROHIBITED.
   (a)    No person shall tap the sanitary sewers of the City for the purpose of draining from the premises of such person ground water, surface water, overflow water from cisterns or water from any source other than toilets, washstands, bathrooms, laundries and kitchens.
   (b)    No person shall construct or repair any building in the City from which provision is made for the drainage into the sanitary sewers of the City of ground water, surface water, overflow water from cisterns or water from any source other than toilets, washstands, bathrooms, laundries and kitchens.    (c)    No person shall construct or repair any building in the City without first submitting to the Superintendent of Buildings complete plans showing in detail all provisions for the drainage of such building and the grounds upon which the same is located and securing the approval of such plans by the Superintendent.
