The moneys received from the collection of charges, as hereinafter authorized, shall be deposited daily with the City Auditor and shall be by him deposited into a fund known as the Sewer Fund. Such moneys, when appropriated by Council, shall be available for the payments due the City of Columbus under the terms of the current or future agreement with the City of Columbus for the distribution, transportation, pumping and treatment of sanitary sewage, and shall be available for the payment of any bills for labor or materials incurred by the City of Bexley in the construction, maintenance or repair of the sewerage system in the City of Bexley.
