No waste liquid from slaughterhouses, rendering works or soap works or, in general, waste from any offensive trade, shall be admitted into the sanitary sewers of the City without proper treatment. No acid, iron pickling liquor or other liquid, which would injure the sewers or interfere with the treatment of sewage, shall be admitted into the City sewers.
