Exterior meters, including gas, electric, water, or other exterior utility meters, shall be placed at least 5' back from the front facade. In the event that placement behind the front facade is not possible due to logistical or safety reasons, an exemption to this requirement may be provided on a case-by-case basis by the Service Director.
