1040.03 REPLACEMENT OF METERS.

The City is authorized to require the replacement of any meters determined to be obsolete, damaged, inaccurate or incompatible with the City’s metering system. The cost of the replacement shall be charged to the customer or as otherwise provided for by City Council.
