672.15 THROWING MISSILES.

(a) No person shall throw stones or any other missile into, upon or from any street, alley or public place in the City which may injure any person or property.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
