660.14 DISTRIBUTION OF HANDBILLS.

(a) No person shall distribute or pass out any advertisement, pamphlet or handbill unless the same bears thereon in plain type the name and address of the person responsible for such document. (Ord. 30-69. Passed 7-22-69.)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
