(a) No person, being the holder of a permit issued by the Department of Liquor Control for the sale of beer or intoxicating liquor, or both, in force at the time, shall permit the place designated in such permit where such beer or intoxicating liquor, or both, may be sold or offered for sale, to be used, frequented or resorted to by any riotous, noisy or disorderly person or by any gambler or common prostitute, or permit any breach of the peace or disturbance of public order and decorum by noisy, riotous and disorderly conduct in such place. (b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
