474.08 PARKING; LOCKS.

(a) No person shall park a bicycle upon a sidewalk in such a manner as to interfere with pedestrian traffic, or otherwise impeded accessibility in accordance with regulations promulgated by the Americans with Disabilities Act, or damage the property of another.

(b) No person shall park a bicycle upon a roadway in such a manner as to interfere with vehicular traffic.
