No person who is the owner, operator or person in charge of any vehicle shall permit such vehicle to remain parked, standing or abandoned upon any street for a continuous period longer than twenty-four hours, unless the vehicle is registered to an owner with a current Bexley address. No vehicle that is registered to an owner with a current Bexley address shall remain parked, standing or abandoned upon any street for a continuous period longer than seventy-two hours. This section shall not be construed as affecting any other parking regulation now in effect or that may hereafter become effective but shall be construed as an additional parking limitation. The purpose of this section is to prohibit continuous longtime parking and the storage of vehicles on the streets of the City.
