410.01 ESTABLISHMENT; SUPERVISION; HOURS.

There is hereby established a Traffic Violations Bureau to assist the Mayor's Court with the clerical work of traffic cases. The Bureau shall be in charge of such person or persons as are designated by the Mayor and shall be open at such hours as the Mayor may designate.
