408.03 DISPOSITION OF FINES AND FORFEITURES.

All fines and forfeitures collected by the City upon conviction or upon forfeiture of bail of any person charged with a violation of any of the provisions of this Traffic Code shall be paid into the City Treasury and deposited to the credit of the General Fund.
