The Mayor may establish “limited parking” areas where parking is limited and no person shall park a vehicle therein in excess of the designated limit unless in compliance with the direction of a police officer and such limited parking areas shall be designated by appropriate signs to give notice thereof. The Mayor may also establish a “limited parking” area where parking is limited to, and reserved for, the vehicle of a person with disabilities, which vehicle has been issued a disability placard or license plate by the Ohio Registrar of Motor Vehicles pursuant to Ohio R.C. 3503.44, and such limited parking area shall be designated by appropriate signs or other means to give notice thereof.
