The Mayor may establish “no parking” areas where parking of any vehicle is prohibited and no person shall park a vehicle therein unless in compliance with the direction of a police officer or a traffic control device and such no parking areas shall be designated by appropriate signs to give notice thereof.
(a) The Traffic Code Section shall no longer have any expiration.
(b) Francis Avenue is designated as a residential permit parking zone.
