406.05 STOP AND YIELD RIGHT-OF-WAY INTERSECTIONS.
   The Mayor shall establish and designate stop intersections, including four-way stop intersections and yield right-of-way intersections, at which intersections the appropriate traffic control devices to regulate traffic and promote public safety shall be maintained. The Mayor shall have all necessary authority to erect, or cause to be erected, appropriate and legible signs or markers, upon which shall be displayed the word "stop," at all intersections designated by the Mayor as stop intersections, or the word "yield," at all intersections designated by the Mayor as yield right-of-way intersections.
