(a) Membership in the Environmental Sustainability Advisory Committee shall be administrated and organized by the committee. In addition to members administered and organized by the committee, the following organizations may each appoint a voting member to the ESAC: Bexley City School District; Capital University; Columbus School for Girls, St Charles Preparatory School; Bexley Public Library; Bexley Area Chamber of Commerce. All of the voting members shall be electors of the City, with the exception of voting members appointed by the organizations listed in the preceding sentence.
(b) The Mayor, or a designee of the Mayor; the chair of the Service and Environment Committee of City Council; and the Bexley Service Director, shall be ex officio members who may attend and participate, but shall not vote, at meetings of the Committee.
