248.02 COMPOSITION.

   The Department of Public Service shall consist of the following sub-departments:

   (a)    The Streets, Sewers and Sidewalks Department;

   (b)    The Parks and Public Grounds Department;

   (c)    The Water Department; and

   (d)    The Recreation Department.
