223.06 ELECTRONIC RECORDS POLICY.
   (a)   Electronic Records Officer. The Mayor shall appoint from his or her staff an employee to function as the Electronic Records Officer. The Electronic Records Officer shall be responsible for overseeing the posting of minutes and agendas to the City website as specified in subsections (b) and (c) hereof.
   (b)   Electronic Records Policy for Agendas. Agendas of any Public Body of the City of Bexley shall be made available to the public via the City's website soon after distribution to the members of the Public Body in question. At the time of distribution of an agenda to members of any Public Body of the City of Bexley, the person disturbing the agenda shall also distribute the agenda to the Electronic Records Officer. The Electronic Records Officer shall then post the agenda in question to the City website within a reasonably prompt timeframe.
   (c)   Electronic Records Policy for Minutes. Minutes for public meetings of any Public Body of the City of Bexley shall be made available to the public via the City's website soon after the minutes have been reviewed and approved, by vote, by the members of the Public Body in question. Upon approval, by vote, of their Public Body's minutes, the chairperson or president of the Public Body shall oversee the distribution of the approved minutes to the Electronic Records Officer. The Electronic Records Officer shall then post the approved minutes to the City website within a reasonably prompt timeframe.
