SCHEDULE III. TRUCK WEIGHT LIMITS.

Excepting emergency vehicles and government-owned vehicles, trucks shall be subject to the following weight limits on town roads and streets. Violators shall be subject to the fine provisions in §§ 10.97 and 10.98.

Street	Location	Licensed Gross Weight Limit
Beverly Drive	East Derby Avenue to East State Park Road	more than 6,000 pounds
