At locations and areas determined by the Town Council to prevent special traffic conditions or hazards, the Town Marshal, with the approval of the Town Council, upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted by it, may from time to time erect or cause to be erected, or remove or cause to be removed, additional parking and traffic signs in areas as may be deemed necessary for the regulation, control and inspection of the parking and operation of vehicles. It shall be unlawful to disregard or disobey those signs.
