(A) No motor vehicle shall be stopped or parked on any public street within the town with the left side thereof to the curb or street line.
(B) All stopping and parking of motor vehicles shall be parallel to the right-hand curb or street line, except where marked parking stalls clearly indicate and provide for angle parking.
(C) Where parallel parking is required, the entire right side of the vehicle shall be within 10 inches of the curb, if a curb exists, or as near the right side of the right-of-way as conditions permit, where there is no curb, provided no vehicle shall be parked on the traveled portion of any street.
(D) No vehicle shall be double parked on any public street in the town, nor shall any motor vehicle be parked or be permitted to remain standing on any public street or alley of the town for any length of time whatever, unless the same is equipped with and displays properly issued current license plates, nor shall any vehicle be parked within 20 feet of any street intersection.
