§ 70.01 U-TURNS.
   (A)   No U-turn shall be permitted by any motor vehicle in, at or on the intersection of Beverly Drive and Broadway in the Town of Beverly Shores.
   (B)   Five dollars of every fine collected as a result of a U-turn violation shall be deposited into the Law Enforcement Education Fund.
