(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.97.
(B) (1) Any person violating or failing to comply with § 51.02(F) shall be guilty of an infraction and be liable for a penalty of $25. Any person violating or failing to comply with any other terms or provisions of § 51.02 shall be deemed guilty of an infraction and upon conviction be liable to a penalty of a minimum of $10 and a maximum of $2,500, which may be amended from time to time by the Town Council.
(2) Any violation continuing for more than 1 day shall be deemed a separate and distinct violation for each day it continues and the violation of each and every provision hereof shall be deemed to be a separate and distinct offense.
