§ 35.16 LOCAL ROAD AND BRIDGE MATCHING GRANT FUND (FUND 447).

   (A)   There is hereby established a special fund to be designated as “Fund 447, Local Road and Bridge Matching Grant Fund.”

   (B)   The Town Council has determined that it has a surplus of funds in its “Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund (409),” which funds are equivalent to the amount for the local match, and desires to transfer said funds accordingly.
