§ 35.11 CUMULATIVE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND.
   A cumulative capital improvement fund be continued together with a levy of $0.05 on each $200 of taxable property to be used for the purposes allowed and set forth in I.C. 6-7-1-31.1, 36-9-16-2 and 36-9- 16-3.
