(A) At its regular monthly meeting on November 21, 2005, the Town Council voted unanimously to enter a legal appeal of IDEM's Nov 9, 2005 approval of a solid waste facility permit for the proposed Great Lakes waste transfer station to be constructed at 5535 N. County Line Road, LaPorte County, Indiana, and the town needs to establish a non-reverting fund to account for funds donated to it in support of the appeal.
(B) A separate non-reverting fund shall be established in the general fund of the town to account for funds donated to the town in support of, and for expenses relating to the town's appeal of the permit noted above.
