(A) There is hereby established in the town a special non-reverting operating fund for the use by the Parks and Recreation Department of the town pursuant to I.C. 36-10-3-18, as amended.
(B) The Town Council of Beverly Shores may accept gifts, donations and subsidies for park and recreational purposes, including a gift or transfer of property.
(C) Any gift or grant of money for town parks or recreational programs shall be deposited in a special non-reverting fund by the Clerk-Treasurer. Withdrawal of the funds may be made by the recommendation of the Park and Recreation Board with the approval of the Town Council.
