§ 34.25 LEGAL COUNSEL.

(A) The Town Attorney shall act as counsel for the Safety Board and may ask questions of all witnesses to assist the Safety Board in finding the facts upon which the Board's decision shall be based.

(B) If a Safety Board member is the complaining party, that Safety Board member shall not participate in the deliberations or decision of the Safety Board on that case.
