§ 34.24 DISCIPLINARY PROCESS.
   The sequence of events at any disciplinary hearing before the Safety Board shall be as follows:
   (A)   Statement of the purpose of the hearing by the Chairperson of the Safety Board;
   (B)   Statement of the position of the complaining party;
   (C)   Statement of the position of the defending party;
   (D)   Presentation of witnesses and evidence by the complaining party with the right of the defending party to cross-examine witnesses;
   (E)   Presentation of the witnesses and evidence of the defending party with the right of the complaining party to cross-examine witnesses;
   (F)   Rebuttal witnesses, if any, by complaining party;
   (G)   Rebuttal witnesses, if any, by defending party;
   (H)   Closing statement by complaining party; and
   (I)   Closing statement by defending party.
