§ 34.23 BOARD CHAIRPERSON.

(A) The Safety Board may discipline, reprimand, suspend, demote or dismiss the Town Marshal, deputy marshals and police employees in accordance with the procedures required by I.C. 36-8-3-4.

(B) The Town Council President shall serve as Chairperson of Safety Board proceedings unless otherwise provided by vote of majority of the entire membership of the Safety Board.
