§ 34.22 TEMPORARY RULES AND ORDERS.
   The Town Marshal shall have the authority to make temporary rules and orders governing the Department not inconsistent with I.C. 36-8-3-4, which shall have the same force and effect as the permanent departmental rules for a period of not more than 30 days subject to extension, modification or repeal by the Town Marshal or the Safety Board.
