§ 34.21 DEPARTMENTAL RULES.
   (A)   The Safety Board may adopt departmental rules and regulations as are not inconsistent with I.C. 36-8-3-4.
   (B)   After adoption by the Safety Board, the departmental rules may be amended in writing by a vote of the majority of the entire membership of the Safety Board.
   (C)   All amendments shall be appended to the departmental rules.
