§ 34.19 DISCIPLINARY POWER.
   The Safety Board shall have exclusive control over the dismissal, demotion, suspension and other discipline of the Town Marshal, deputy marshals and police employees; provided however, the Town Marshal shall have the authority, without a hearing, to reprimand and/or suspend without pay deputy marshals and police employees for a maximum of 5 working days pursuant to I.C. 36-8-3-4.1.
