§ 32.07 ORDER OF BUSINESS.
   The President of the Town Council shall take the chair at the hour fixed for the opening of the meeting and shall then proceed with the following order of business:
   (A)   Call to order;
   (B)   Roll call and determination of quorum;
   (C)   Presentation of minutes of previous meetings, unless dispensed with;
   (D)   Financial statements;
   (E)   Claims;
   (F)   Petitions, presentations or comments of residents;
   (G)   Reports of officers and committees;
   (H)   Old business;
   (I)   New business;
   (J)   Communications;
   (K)   Meeting open for public discussion; and
   (L)   Adjournment.
