§ 32.04 SPECIAL MEETINGS.
   (A)   Special meetings of the Town Council may be called at any time by any of the Council members upon proper notice unless called at a regular or adjourned meeting, the call of a special meeting shall be in writing and shall specify therein the particular purpose for which the meeting is called.
   (B)   Call shall be signed by the Council member or members calling the meeting, and countersigned by the Clerk-Treasurer. Copies of the call shall where practicable be served by the Beverly Shores Police Department upon every Council member not signing the call.
   (C)   The minute record shall show the issuance of the call and the service of the notice. No business shall be transacted at special meetings unless the subject thereof is so named in the call. Special meetings may be called at a regular or adjourned meeting. Where the call is made at a like meeting, no notice need be served on any Council member present at that meeting.
