(A) Each newly elected Town Council member will, at their first meeting, establish the dates of the month, the time and location of their regular monthly meetings.
(B) Any regular or special meeting may be adjourned to a designated future day and hour publicly announced at the regular or special meeting. At the adjourned meeting any business may be transacted and the Council shall not be limited to the completion of particular items of business which had actually been entered upon and left unfinished at the prior meeting unless the order of adjournment of the meeting expressly limits the work of the adjourned meeting.
