§ 31.07 RECORD KEEPING.
   The Clerk-Treasurer, with support of the Town Marshal, is responsible for maintaining permanent records of leave granted, used and accumulated for vacation, and sick and personal leave for each FT employee, and will present an annual report of this information at the February meeting of the Town Council consistent with laws governing employee confidentiality and privacy rights.
