(A) Smoking is hereby prohibited in both the Clerk-Treasurer’s office and the public meeting room located in the Beverly Shores administration building.
(B) Efforts should be made to bring about voluntary compliance with the smoking ban and “No Smoking” signs shall be conspicuously posted at the entrances to areas where smoking is prohibited.
(C) Any person failing to comply with the smoking ban shall first be asked to refrain from smoking. Any person who continues to smoke after being told of this section commits a Class C infraction.
