The Clerk-Treasurer shall provide yearly, updated copies of the Zoning Code, without charge, to each newly elected official or appointed citizen serving the town in any capacity involving the application, interpretation or review of the Town Zoning Code, including but not limited to, elected or appointed members of the Town Council, Plan Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals, Building Committee and Site Committee.
