§ 10.30 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CREDIT CARD. Means:
      (1)   Credit card;
      (2)   Debit card;
      (3)   Charge card; or
      (4)   Stored value card.
