§ 35.22 LAKE MICHIGAN COASTAL PROGRAM GRANT FUND (FUND 225).
   (A)   The Town Council hereby creates Fund 225, which shall be titled the “Lake Michigan Coastal Program Grant Fund.” This fund shall be a non-reverting fund and shall be the designated fund for all assistance received by the Town of Beverly Shores from the DNR under Contract #00052332.
   (B)   The Town Council hereby states that expenditures from Fund 225 should be used solely for the purposes set forth in Contract #00052332, a copy of which is attached to Ord. 2021-14.
