§ 34.66 MEMBERS.
   (A)   The Redevelopment Authority shall be governed by a board of 3 members to be appointed by the President of the Council. Each member shall be a resident of the town, shall take and subscribe an oath of office, with such certificates of appointment to be filed with the records of the Council. No member shall receive a salary, and no profit or money of the Redevelopment Authority shall inure to the benefit of a member thereof. Any member can be removed for cause by the Council.
   (B)   Following the appointment of members by the President of the Council, the Redevelopment Authority shall hold an organizational meeting to elect officers, including president, vice president, and secretary-treasurer.
   (C)   Special meetings may be called by the President of the Board of the Redevelopment Authority or any two members of the Board as provided by I.C. 36-7-14.5-7. A majority of the members of the Board of the Redevelopment Authority shall constitute a quorum. The concurrence of a majority of the members of the Board of the Redevelopment Authority is necessary to authorize any action.
