§ 34.65 ESTABLISHMENT.
   The Beverly Shores Redevelopment Authority (the “Redevelopment Authority”) is hereby established for purposes of financing, constructing, reconstructing, renovating, purchasing, equipping, acquiring, and/or leasing local public improvements, along with other purposes provided for by I.C. 36-7-14.5-7.
