(A) Residents of Beverly Shores have chosen to live in the community because Beverly Shores is relatively free of smoke odors, vibrations, loud noises and other irritants which often characterize a more urban environment.
(B) The purpose of these performance standards herein listed is to ensure that Beverly Shores rural character is maintained.
(C) The performance standards of this subchapter are part of the general standards of this chapter.
