The license of any parking lot may be revoked on motion of any member of the Town Council for continual violation of the provisions of this chapter, but no license shall be revoked except after a hearing to be held by the Town Council and provided further that the revocation shall be concurred in by a majority vote of the duly elected members of the Town Council.
