§ 154.08 SANITARY REQUIREMENTS AND FACILITIES.
   (A)   Each parking lot shall be provided with toilets, lavatories and sanitary facilities as follows:
      (1)   One toilet of the water flush type in the proportion of 1 for every 15 parking spaces or fraction thereof, for each sex. In the men's department, there shall be additional urinals in the proportion of 1 for every 15 parking spaces or fraction thereof;
      (2)   One wash basin shall be provided for each sex in the proportion of 1 for every 15 parking spaces or fraction thereof;
      (3)   Adequate drinking water facilities shall be provided and maintained at all times;
      (4)   One shower or bath shall be provided for each sex;
      (5)   Sufficient lockers and locker rooms in which to change clothes shall be provided for each sex, to provide adequate and ample facilities and accommodations for those using the parking lot;
      (6)   (a)   Toilets, bathtubs and showers, wash basins, lockers and locker rooms shall be placed in properly constructed buildings located not more than 100 feet from each parking lot;
         (b)   These buildings shall be well lighted at all times of day or night when lot is open for business, and constructed of moisture proof material as shall permit satisfactory cleaning and washing;
      (7)   The floors of these buildings shall be of concrete or other nonporous material and each room shall be provided with floor drains;
      (8)   A tightly covered metal garage can shall be provided for each unit; and
      (9)   All buildings and sanitary facilities shall meet the requirements of the building, plumbing and sanitary codes and ordinances of the town.
   (B)   No open fires shall be permitted on, near or at any place within the parking area which would endanger life, automobiles or other property.
