(A) Sidewalks along parking lots including vehicle entrances shall be kept clean, clear and free of nuisances for pedestrians use, and clear of parked vehicles at all times.
(B) For the purposes of safety and public convenience, the parking lot shall be set back not less than 25 feet from the property line, this area of 25 feet from the public road or sidewalk to the beginning of the parking lot shall be kept free and clear of all obstructions and shall be kept clearly visible at all times.
