Applications for parking lot licenses shall be made by the operator thereof, to the Town Council of Beverly Shores, Indiana, upon blanks provided by them and shall set forth the following:
(A) The name and address of the applicant, and, if a partnership, the name and address of all partners; if a corporation, the name, date and state under which incorporated and the names and addresses of the officers and statutory agent. If the applicant is a non-resident of the Town of Beverly Shores, the name and address of a local representative inside the town limits upon whom service can be made under the provisions of this chapter or of summons or other process issued by the court; and
(B) The exact location of the parking lot, the lot not to occupy more than 2 building lots as platted, including a legal description of the property and evidence of ownership.
